Losing weight is a challenging issue. An Increasing number of people are
battling obesity and are overweight. With life moving in the fast lane nowadays,
a fast solution to weight loss is also being demanded. There have been promising
claims like – lose weight in a week. Is this possible? Well, it is! You can lose
a remarkable amount of pound in a week.

Here are some surefire tips to lose weight in a week, you might not lose much
but its a start in the right direction.

• There is no doubt that one can lose weight in as short as one week but this
highly depends on several factors. Your weight the moment you start to lose
weight will determine how positive you will respond on the weight loss program.
Men have more muscle mass and this helps them burn calories faster than women.
On average, target to lose 5-6 lbs in a week.

• Don’t obsess. Don’t get desperate to losing weight. There is a healthy
limit as to how much weight you can lose in a week. If your aim is to lose 20lbs
in a week, then expect to fail. This is not feasible. Set a realistic goal so as
not to get frustrated. Check your progress everyday and make possible
adjustments to attain your goal.

• Exercise. Perform daily exercise and stick to it. If you don’t love to
exercise then start choosing a fitness routine that you will like and maintain
it to attain your weight loss goal. If you want fast results, exercise
consistently and aggressively.

• Share your fitness goals to someone you trust. This can strengthen your
accountability and the idea of being lax will never come into the picture. This
can also motivate you more. In the end, this sure will yield positive weight
loss results.
